I enjoyed this story of wonderful customer service... so hard to find these days and just what all businesses need. It's this type of seemingly insignificant difference that sets great businesses apart from good ones and something for those starting out on their own to implement for distinction!

Inspiring blog post!

Great article and so very true. It is so hard to find good customer service these days until it's almost scary. We all - big & small companies - really do need to get back to delivering first-class customer service.

I've had this happen to me a few times also, and the only resolution I've ever received was to have them cancel the account, as they said I couldn't prove that I'd never used the service while I was being billed for it. Lucky for me, the one time it was with AOL, many years ago, I didn't have the problems many others have reported on when I canceled.

I was very honored to meet the DVVAAs at the IVAA Live Summit.
I am so impressed with their level of professionalism. They hold themselves to a high standard. It is their drive to exceed expectations that keeps the virtual assistant industry at the forefront of excellence.
